Beauty Tip #5 - Keep Away..

Ingredients to keep away from... far, far away:
When buying anything from makeup to moisturizers, makeup removers to serums, steer clear of anything containing mineral oil. Mineral oil is a by-product of petroleum to make gasoline (why would you want that on your skin!). The odorless, tasteless oil quickly clogs pores, leading to breakouts and dull looking skin. Parabens should also be an ingredient which makes you cringe. All commercially used parabens are synthetically produced and cause roseacea, clogged pores, and when parabens on the skin are exposed to sunlight, they actually increase skin aging! Studies show that high amounts of parabens are even found in breast tumors (a.k.a. breast cancer! Scary!). So, please, for the sake of your skin (and your ta-ta-s!) keep away from mineral oil and parabens! :)

Beauty Tip #4 - Instant face lift!

Do it yourself face life: Take one egg (prefferably organic) and seperate the yolk and the egg white into seperate bowls. First, on a clean face, spread the egg white all over your skin (skipping the eye area of course). Let this sit until completely dry. It will feel tight on your face when ready to be rinsed off. Once the egg white it rinsed off off of your face, smear the egg yolk over your face (again skipping the eye area). Let this dry as well. Once dry... rinse! The egg yolk contains natural ingredient which tighten the skin, while the egg yolk is extremely moisturizing and nourishing to the skin. Together you have a wonderful, healthy, at-home face-lift!
Have fun and enjoy! :)

Beauty Tip #3 - Hair Repair!

To repair damaged hair: Mash one ripe banana and mix in a few drops of almond oil. Massage it from root to tip all over your head. Leave it on for 15 minutes. When the time is up, be sure to rinse it all out thoroughly! You'll be left with softer, repaired hair! You can do this a couple times per week.
Have fun and enjoy your healthier hair! :)

Beauty Tip #2 - The Lemon Juice Toner

Forget expensive toners: Just take a fresh lemon and cut it into slices... you can then either just rub the slice gently over your entire face (skipping the eyes of course) or you can squeeze the juice onto your fingertips and rub it into your skin. Personally, I do a little of both. First I wash my face as normal and then use the lemon as my toner and just do a quick rinse of any leftover lemon-ness! I like my lemons fresh from the fridge because the cold closes my pores and almost gives an instant face lift. Models actually carry lemons in their bags to freshen up and remove residue (it prevents breakouts as well because of the acidity!). Now, if you don't have fresh lemons, you can use lemon juice in a bottle, just be sure it contains real lemon.
Have fun and be ready to feel refreshed for cheap!

Beauty Tip #1 - False Eyelashes w/out the Fakes!

To seriously make your eye-lashes look like you are wearing a false set... without having a false set on: Take two different brands of mascara (two different kinds of the same brand will work, just maybe not as well). Whether they be expensive or inexpensive or a mixture of both. Then just apply your mascara as you would normally with the one brand... instead begin layering the two and packing it on! It sounds gross and clumpy, I know, but honestly its not. Just be sure to brush out any clumps or wiggle your mascara wand to coat each individual lash. Continue with the alternation between the two until you get your desired look. Its a trick I and others have been doing forever!
Have fun with your flirty (so non-false) lashes! :)
